About Tsukiyama

Hello and thank you for taking the time to look at my blog! I work very hard on it.

First off, I got this picture off some website (you can view the original here) and I would like to say the following: It's not mine. I did not make it. :) I hope to get a different picture soon. I made it so it looks like my OC.

Enough about that. You may call me Tsukiyama or Tsuki, doesn't matter to me. I am currently 21 years old. I am a full time student and have two different jobs. I am unsure of what I want to major in so I am just taking generals.

Yu Yu Hakusho

I liked some animes before I even knew what they were (Digimon, Pokemon & Dragon Ball Z). My real first animes that I really got into were Yu Yu Hakusho and InuYasha.

I remember secretly staying up late as a thirteen year old just to watch an episode of Yu Yu Hakusho and/or InuYasha on [adult swim]. That was back in 2003 or so. It could have been before that as well, but my memory fails me.

Also, my first anime merchandise was Dragon Ball Z magazines. Then I bought a Yu Yu Hakusho DVD and wall scroll.

Peach Girl

The first series of manga I read completely was Peach Girl. Dark Haruhi was reading it and she let me borrow it long enough to read it.

I used to read it on the long bus ride home. It was very interesting and gave me something to do. I just might reread it one day.

Oh, the anime version of this should DIE.

Kimi ni Todoke

Through the years my anime and manga preferences have changed only slightly.  I generally like same genres as I did years ago but I have become more picky.

Also, as of a couple years ago, I came across yaoi. I got hooked almost instantly. It started when Dark Haruhi bought Loveless. I didn't watch all of it but it was enough.

Another thing, I am drawn toward "dark" anime. Demons, people with pointy ears and sharp teeth, and all that jazz is my favorite.I also like "normal" anime and/or manga. For example, I absolutely love Kimi ni Todoke.
